Through this project, RL Cares has brought holistic wellbeing support into the NHS across seven different hospital sites in Cheshire and Merseyside. Our data has shown meaningful results, including reduced staff absenteeism, improved team cohesion, lower staff turnover, and healthier individual behaviors, all contributing to greater life satisfaction among NHS staff.
