Due to early and ongoing success the programme is now delivered through 7 NHS Trust with the potential for further growth. Video player - thumb - Click to play video ## A mental health programme with a difference --- Staff receive support from clinically trained former rugby league professionals to enhance their mental fitness and resilience. [  Donate Here](https://www.justgiving.com/charity/rugbyleaguecares) ## **Programme Delivery** --- ### Group Mental Health Workshops Group programme delivering evidence-based tools and strategies to build employee resilience, overall wellbeing and create positive team dynamics. ### 1-to-1 Wellbeing Coaching Individual support for those unable to attend, or not suited to groups; working towards personal goals around resilience and self-care. ### Back to Work Programme 1-to-1 wellbeing support for those on long term sick or reoccurring absence, to support them to return and stay in work. ### Group & Individual Physical Health Programme Physical health programmes, including nutrition and physical activity support. ## Do you like what you see and want to find out more?
