Making a lasting impact in communities that need it most

Uniquely our programmes are delivered by current and former professional rugby players who use their lived experience to pass on practical tips and tools and breakdown stigma about mental health.

Men’s Mental Fitness Group Sessions
Every man needs support to make ground in his life
Our Men’s Mental Fitness programme has been developed by men, for men. It understands the different challenges men face, as well as the barriers to accessing support. Join forces with current and former professional rugby players to find out how they cope with the everyday demands of life whilst being a professional athlete. The team share stories from their personal lives as well as rugby career to bring real experiences to important topics.
You don’t need to be a rugby league fan or even a sports fan to take part and benefit from the programme. They are giving men genuine real-life examples that they can relate to and learn from. The programme involves 6 x 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks, looking at a different topic each week. The sessions will equip you with tip and tools to build your own mental fitness and a better mindset as well as support others around you who may be struggling.
