You can contact the Samaritans about any issue, big or small, for free at 116 123. They listen without judgment or pressure and help you work through your thoughts.
For specific issues like bereavement or domestic abuse, they provide a list of specialist organisations.
MIND offers support and empowerment for those facing mental health challenges. They advocate for better services and understanding.
Local Minds provide various services like housing support, crisis helplines, and counselling.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling crap, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.
125 lives are lost every week to suicide. And 75 per cent of all UK suicides are male. CALM exist to change this by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it.
