It’s always good to receive positive comments about our health and wellbeing programmes which aim to enhance the lives people in rugby league communities, but the recent feedback we’ve had from a special group of participants has blown us away.
Our colleagues Bob Beswick and Adrian Morley have been delivering the fantastic Offload programme to members of the Wakefield Trinity Past Players Association over the last few months and the sessions have been a huge success.
Hosted at the St John’s Health and Fitness centre run by former Trinity stars Martin and Graham Law, Bob and Adrian have met with the group on a regular basis to tackle a wide range of wellbeing themes.
And after the last session, the players showed their gratitude with some lovely comments on the Association’s Whatsapp group.
“Another great session boys. Big shout out to Bob and Moz for the offload sessions really enjoyed them and took a lot from them. Thanks for Gray and Mart for the sessions and providing the facility,” said one player. “The bonus sing song at the end doesn’t get much better than that!”
Another commented: “Bob’s Offload programme has been a real positive over the last six sessions and something I hope everyone has enjoyed & taken something from it.”
And another player commented: “Nice to be back with the boys after a bit of a layoff, loads of positives going forward. Thank you RL Cares.”
