Rugby League Cares has agreed a partnership with Life Changing Education to provide whole-person wellbeing support to teachers and staff at the North West-based educational inclusion service.
RL Cares will deliver its acclaimed Offload mental fitness programme to colleagues at Life Changing Educationthroughout the autumn 2025 and 2026 spring and summer terms.
Since its launch in 2017, Offload from RL Cares has made a positive difference to the mental wellbeing of over 30,000 people and been hailed as an example of best practice for community mental health programmes.
The evidence-based programme has a proven track record in improving mental wellbeing in participants and creating more positive and supportive work environments. Other organisations who have benefited from this insightful and change-affecting programme include the Environment Agency, energy giants SSE, Murphy Construction, Howorth Air Technology and NHS hospital trusts.

Life Changing Education is an educational inclusion service that provides schools with direct access to collaborative, inclusive and aspirational provision. The company works in partnership with mainstream educational settings, providing an extension to their inclusion offer utilising short-term and part-time placements, and enabling pupils to restore a positive relationship with education.
Life Changing Education also offer a range of services to support the performance and wellbeing of school staff.
