Since its launch in 2017, Offload has made a positive difference to the mental wellbeing of over 30,000 people across rugby league communities, and has been hailed as an example of best practice for community mental health programmes.
Originally designed as a programme aimed at men to help develop their self-care, Offload has evolved into a hugely successful programme delivering proven benefits to all genders in both the world of sport and business.
