How does it work?

Offload delivers a set of six 'fixtures' onsite at your workplace, with each workshop presented by a trained athlete lasting approximately an hour.

Within each fixture, employees will hear the presenter's personal story and then be given practical, evidence-based tools that they can take home and practise to enable them to become - and stay - mentally fit.

This allows participants to understand how to cope with any mental health challenges they could face, now or in the future.

How much does it cost?

We tailor each programme to the individual needs of your specific workforce.

You will receive a personalised report on how employees within your business responded to the programme, and their outcomes from the 6 fixtures.

Quotes from participants

As a mental health first aider, Offload has given me plenty to think about and provided lots of tools to support my colleges who maybe struggling.

Phill Norcup

This is the first mental health initiative that's really made me think about controlling stress. The way Offload is presented has given me a new perspective on mental wellbeing.

David Dickinson
NDT Coordinator, RWE

People were listening, and they wanted to get involved. We had a young apprentice at the offload fixture: what a great early way to show them that this company is looking after you.
